This is me and it isn’t. I exaggerate parts, I understate parts. This is the person I bring forward to create, present and perform, a version of myself.
Behind me, the shades of emotion and feelings intertwined and exploited for art.
The African Pygmy Kingfisher, my heritage, my music sets me free as a bird in its form and its function.
I went into this new project and ALL I wanted, was to create freely and to create with other creatives. I wanted to work with people that were better than me at EVERYTHING. I wanted to be exposed to so many different mediums from production to watercolour and then give those artists control to show me why they are who they are. Then I wanted to see where I could fit and what I could contribute.
