There is no problem with failing and getting back up!!! You have the option to let your failure build a wall to stop you or to let it be apart of the fuel to overcome the challenges ahead!
I DNF’d this race last year at mile 41, it served as a reminder that a finish is earned, not only on race day, but every single day leading up.
Got back in the lab & was able to come back and complete it in 31 hours and 13 minutes, a 4 hour PB on a 100 miler with 10k+ of elevation gained
