E.B.I.T.D.A stands for Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization, a financial metric showing a company’s operating profitability. I feel this same metric can be applied to anything you deal with in life truly, where you put ya energy, the true quality of your craft/art, what you add to a room as soon as you enter it. What you engage in should always upgrade because of your involvement within it. Clipse uses EBITDA as a metaphor for understanding the core value and performance of something. That something can be in any realm of your life. This album came out when I just relocated to Vegas for this contract and i connect to it in more ways than 1. The lose of a parent, organizing your priorities, taking care of yourself so you can take care of you loved ones, maximizing your profitability by dedicating countless hours to your art form……these are life lessons in a perfect body of work. I would see her go do an 8hr rehearsal after doing uber in the morning daily King: I’ve known since 2018, jack of many trades and each at a high level. It’s one thing to know many dance styles but to blend them effortlessly along with having the ability to host/teach/sing etc. Each male track within our show he has done and made his own Vic: met this year and during our rehearsals I’ve never seen someone work on their flexibility and conditioning so consistently in between shows, while learning as many ensemble tracks as possible. I couldn’t sum up this job that shifted my life in so many’s ways if I tried, so I won’t. But I can say a few words to and about the people that made it everything Dear Cast: Where do I begin….. I love yall deeply. Yes we rehearsed and performed together, taught and learned from each other and inspired one another, but even tired and drained physically/emotionally/mentally…..we still celebrated each others birthdays and showed up for each other. Whether on a work day or off or both & that is one of the most beautiful things I’m blessed to be a part of. I know we were brought on this gig to find each other and I’m grateful we did. I already know what’s in store for us. Countless amazing opportunities Dear Wardrobe: My favorites since fitting days! 3x the laundry 3x the sewing 3x the prep. It doesn’t go unnoticed. That labor of love, those countless conversations between pulses and rooms. Thank you for that space Dear Crew: My gang, the people I love to give a headache to sometimes. Thank you for making sure I was safe during this process and trusting me as well, to push myself and what I’m capable of to deliver a great show…..and remind me of my embarrassing moments on stage Special thank you to @davahuesca & @tanishascott In that audition room I know you could feel and see what this meant to me and how bad I wanted it. I’m beyond grateful to announce I am a part of the cast of Bob Marley Hope Road! 💛❤️💚 Sometimes there just aren’t words for what you’re feeling…….and I’m still figuring out what that is…..This one’s for my Dad. Y’all already know Bob was his favorite artist. Now I’m doing this show at the same age he was when Bob’s music was narrating his earlier years. I’m learning more about him, about myself, and about the world he lived in. This show, these people, they’ve already blessed my life. And the message we’re sharing?
