Tackling the health issues with our community requires a deeper understanding of the internal and external factors that influence our decisions. Anxiety and stress are at an all time high. So, here’s my suggestion for heart health: Ground in nature often, stay hydrated, eat nutritious foods, make movement a priority and get some sleep!
