Memorial Day is almost here, and nothing says adventure-ready quite like a screw cap and a great bottle of wine. 🍷☀️
From campfires to coastlines, One Stone Cellars is packed and ready to go.
Pinot Noir is basically the ultimate team player at the table—it enhances food instead of competing with it. Here’s why it works so effortlessly:
1. Bright Acidity = Cuts Through Richness 🍒
2. Light Body = Doesn’t Overpower
3. Flavor Versatility = Plays with Everything 🌿
4. Low Tannins = Food-Friendly Texture
5. It Bridges the Gap (Red and White Drinkers Love It) 🌉
Pinot sits right in the middle:
• Light enough for white wine drinkers
• Complex enough for red wine lovers
👉 That’s why it’s a go-to when a table can’t decide.
Golden, flaky, and just sweet enough 🍑✨
Puff pastry (We used Trader Joes)
Fresh peaches, thinly sliced
Blueberry compote (store-bought or homemade)
Apricot or peach jam
Parchment paper
Instructions
Preheat oven according to puff pastry package directions.
Roll out puff pastry onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Layer thinly sliced peaches evenly over the pastry.
Bake as directed until golden and flaky.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Spoon blueberry compote over the top.
Warm jam slightly and brush over peaches for a glossy finish.
Finish with a glass of One Stone Pinot Noir—the bright fruit and soft tannins complement the sweet peaches and tart berries perfectly.
