Nato tre anni fa dall’idea dei fondatori che sentivano che «non c’erano luoghi dove trovare qualcuno che avesse la nostra stessa visione» e che quindi hanno deciso di crearsene uno da soli, col tempo One Shot è diventato uno dei format più apprezzati della città (e non solo). Tutto è partito da una serata/scommessa in Santeria Toscana nel 2022, e il locale era così pieno di persone unite da un certo approccio al clubbing e dall’amore per un certo tipo di musica, che non poteva rimanere un colpo solo. Da allora, infatti, i ragazzi hanno iniziato ad alimentare quella visione, spingendola sempre un po’ più in là e creando sempre più connessioni, anche internazionali. Come quella con @halfpipe.records , collettivo ed etichetta francese, che con One Shot condivide attitudine e un gusto particolare per la musica di derivazione UK. Le due realtà hanno dunque unito le forze e messo in piedi due serate - rispettivamente a Parigi e a Milano - decisamente non convenzionali. «I ragazzi di Halfpipe hanno messo in piedi un tour nei club che consiste nel mettere una rampa da skate sul palco con tanto di skater che performano durante i dj set». Ora il 9 maggio saranno loro ad ospitare l’etichetta francese al Main Club di Milano. «Ci saranno due sale, entrambe con console al centro come facciamo solitamente, e in una delle room ci sarà la loro rampa portata direttamente da Parigi in furgone». In occasione dell’evento di venerdì, abbiamo chiesto ai ragazzi di One Shot di condividere con noi alcuni dei momenti più significativi del loro percorso.
