Hi! It’s been a while since we’ve shown our faces around here and we wanted to take a minute to reintroduce ourselves, especially for those of you who are new to our community.
We’re the co-founders of ONEHOPE: Jake Kloberdanz, Tiffany Wojtkiewicz, Tom Leahy, Kristen Shroyer, Brandon Hall, and Sarah McPeake.
ONEHOPE started with a phone call in 2007… a close friend had been diagnosed with cancer, and it stopped us in our tracks. At the time, we were fresh out of college and just starting our careers in the wine industry. Every October, we watched brands “go pink” for Breast Cancer Awareness, only to return to business as usual the next month.
It made us ask: What if giving back wasn’t a campaign, but a core value?
We set out to build something different while Morgan underwent chemo - sourcing wine from Napa and Sonoma and selling it out of the trunks of our cars across Southern California. From the beginning, we believed wine could be more than something you pour at dinner - it could be a catalyst for change, a way to bring people together and give back.
Over the years, both the wine and the mission have grown. Our early blends paved the way for an award-winning portfolio we’re incredibly proud of - wines crafted with intention, precision, and purpose. From our approachable Vintner Collection to our organically farmed, sub-AVA estate wines, every bottle is crafted with intention - and gives back with every pour.
And what started as a grassroots effort has since become a global community, allowing us to scale DTC nationally, breaking down the barriers-to-entry of an antiquated industry while supporting tens of thousands of nonprofits in the process. Through hundreds of in-home tastings weekly and countless shared bottles, we’ve raised over $11 million for causes near and far.
We’re still here, still pouring with purpose, and we’re just getting started. Thanks for being on this journey with us. 🍷

Earth Day at ONEHOPE 🌎
At our Rutherford vineyard, sustainability is built into how we operate. Our state of the art recycled water system, among the first of its kind in Napa Valley, thoughtfully collects, treats, and reuses water across the property, supporting the land that surrounds us.
It’s a quieter kind of innovation that reduces waste and helps protect our soils for the seasons ahead.
