I'm a day late for World Cyanotype Day. I've been distracted by Hurricane Helene. I live on the east coast of North Carolina, US. The west coast of NC was devastated. Whole towns have been wiped away. Roads have been washed away, leaving people stranded. The east coast is safe, but everything just feels unsettled. But World Cyanotype Day is about a larger community coming together. The regional community is coming together to support those impacted by Hurricane Helene, not just in NC, but along the entire path of destruction.
