Victoria joined Werner in 2020, and currently based in Apopka, FL, where she currently runs on the Home Depot Locust Grove account and has served as a coed leader for the past two years. Victoria has achieved more than 500,000 accident-free miles and has been recognized for her commitment to safety and excellence, including being nominated for and winning Driver of the Month. 💪 In her first year of trucking, she also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Organizational Leadership. 🎓 Outside of work, Victoria enjoys keeping up with the latest movies in theaters and spending her free time with her family.💙 Thank you, Victoria, for your dedication to #TeamBlue and supporting our drivers. 🤝

🤝 Road Team Captain Robert L! Robert is from Dawson Springs, Kentucky. He is a U.S. Army veteran who retired after more than 20 years of active-duty service. During his military career, he spent nearly 42 months deployed between Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Robert joined Werner in January 2023 and operates out of Scottsville, KY, on the Dollar General account. Since joining Werner, he has completed more than 2,600 safe stops and is closing in on 250,000 safe miles. In 2025, his team earned first place at the Werner Rodeo, a competitive driving event against the Nebraska National Guard, showcasing his skill, precision and commitment to safety. In June 2024, Robert was selected to join Werner’s Operation Freedom program, allowing him to continue serving alongside fellow veterans while building a strong career in trucking. In his free time, Robert enjoys hunting, carpentry and spending time with his wife, Elizabeth, their six children and two grandchildren. International Road Check begins tomorrow! ⚠️ A little extra time under the hood today means a smooth ride through the scales tomorrow. When we stay on top of our oil, tires and engines, we aren’t just following standard procedure, we’re showing pride. 🔹 Check those fluids: Keep the engine humming and the leaks at bay. 🔹 Tire Prep: Proper PSI and tread depth keep you safe and efficient. 🔹 Engine Inspection: Catch the small stuff before it becomes a big problem. As Josh says, as long as we keep doing what we do best, there’s nothing to worry about. Let’s head into those inspections with our heads high and our equipment in top shape! 💪
