Change of scenery again last night and back to Allestree for some hill runs:
1.4km WU/CD both at easy pace

200m hill runs at 9/10 RPE 🥵
Walking recovery back to the start point
As many rounds as possible for 25’

SUNDAY SOCIAL IS BACK 🏃🏽☕️🍰
This time there will be a 3km or a 5km loop to complete around Allestree park - All at your own pace! We will begin our warm up at 8:30am and we will start running at 8:45am.
Once we have finished with our run we will be having our coffee and cake at @thelittleshed
