WE ARE RUN|DZ 🏃🏽💨 Change of scenery again last night and back to Allestree for some hill runs: 1.4km WU/CD both at easy pace Intervals: 200m hill runs at 9/10 RPE 🥵 Walking recovery back to the start point As many rounds as possible for 25’ Great effort from everyone - another run down and another week closer to our Sunday social 🏃🏽☕️🍰 We will be back @one__dz | Darley Abbey 18:30 warm up | 18:40 start of are run All abilities are welcome 🤝

On Mondays We Run 🏃🏽 Last nights runs ⬇️ 3km/5km WU/CD - 1.25km 10km WU/CD - 2.5km Both at a steady,conversational pace Intervals 3km group - 2 x 500m 5km group - 2 x 1km into 1 x 500m 10km group - 4 x1km into 1 x 500m 2 mins rest between each interval Amazing effort from everyone 🚀 See you next Monday

Want to build aerobic fitness but don’t know where to start? Aerobic training builds your ability to sustain effort by keeping your heart rate elevated over time. 🏃🏽 Running - Simple and effective, but high impact on joints. 🚣 Rowing/Ski Ergs – Full-body, low impact, technique matters. 🚴 Cycling – Joint-friendly and easy to control intensity. Combine these with resistance training to build overall fitness. The key is consistency. Choose something you can stick to and progress over time.
