OnCurating Academy Berlin is an international, English-speaking postgraduate programme in curatorial practice & theory, starting October 2026. Join hybrid (online or in Berlin), based at Radialsystem and ZK/U Berlin, with collaborations across Berlin and internationally.
We believe curating happens through shared learning: peer exchange, mentorship, feedback, and collective responsibility; learning from and with each other, not in isolation.

Join us for a talk by Solvej Helweg Ovesen on Deep Curating — a practice that transforms exhibition-making into a living, breathing process of creativity, collaboration, and care. More than a method, it’s a leadership form built on feedback loops, team reflection, and aesthetic growth.
Solvej is Program Curator and Dramaturg at Humboldt Forum, and brings decades of curatorial experience from the Venice Biennale, Riga Biennale, Roskilde Festival, and beyond.

Dorothee Richter — curator, art historian, and editor at OnCurating — speaks on Feminist Perspectives on Curating at Belvedere 21, Wien on 13 May 2026, 5:30–19:00 CET.
How do power, hierarchies, and gender stereotypes shape knowledge in exhibition spaces? What makes a project truly feminist? Richter will examine these questions, followed by a discussion with Luisa Ziaja (Chief Curator, Belvedere) in the context of the exhibition "Sue Williams. WHAT NOW", moderated by Isabelle Lindermann (Academy of Fine Arts Vienna).
