But for us, this started somewhere much more personal.
We both lost our fathers to cancer within months of diagnosis. And even with scientific backgrounds, we still found ourselves asking the same question so many families ask:
“How do we know which treatment is the right one?”
That question is what led us here.
Now, every sample we test represents someone trying to make the most informed decision possible when time matters most.
We’re not promising perfect answers.
We’re helping rule out treatments that are unlikely to work, so patients and doctors can focus on the options that remain.

We are launching OncoOptima today. Two scientists, both PhDs, both lost their fathers to cancer.
OncoChoice is a CLIA-certified drug activity test. It uses a patient's own cancer cells to identify which therapies are unlikely to work — before treatment begins. It doesn't replace clinical judgment — it's an additional data point when patients and care teams are weighing options that look similar on paper.
