I used Omsom’s Soy Garlic Saucy Noodles which had the perfect amount of flavors to pair with the cheesy bread I got from the Asian bakery for a 15min lunch for my hubbie & I!

This crispy rice paper roll is a dreamy mashup of scallion pancake and spring roll with a cheesy, savory filling and a crispy sesame-crusted outside 🤌
I used @omsom ’s Chili Sesame Saucy Noodles for that bold, umami kick 🔥
The trick is to roll it up then coil it like a snail. It adds an extra layer of texture that makes every bite so satisfying!
