My first SFX makeup and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out~
⚜️Ornately adorned with awe inspiring golden trinkets attained in his dedication to self transcendence, his decorations ultimately ring hollow as the alluring facade they are.
Caedill is an aberrant apparition that dedicated himself to, through self chastisement reaching everlasting fulfillment in his next life, unable to attain an impossible degree of purity, he now, past his own demise, sees himself forced to act out increasingly horrendous forms of self denial blinding, muting and flagellating himself in a desperate attempt to find salvation.⚜️

My Makeup for the Avant Garde class @cinemamakeupschool
I'm always a fan of a prompt that allows for a bit more creative liberty.
For this one I wanted to incorporate spirals & the colors of dusk into the one stroke technique known in decorative floral paintings.
In retrospect I'd give the strokes a bit more breathing room, definitely a technique I'm excited to explore further!
