Omni, the AI analytics platform founded by former Looker executives, raised $120 million in Series C funding at a $1.51 billion valuation, officially crossing unicorn status as enterprises lean into governed data infrastructure for AI agents. The round was led by ICONIQ, with participation from Theory Ventures, First Round Capital, Redpoint Ventures, and GV, and includes a $30 million employee tender offer. Co-founder Colin Zima, who previously served as Looker’s chief analytics officer and VP of product, is CEO of Omni, which has now brought total funding to about $217 million following rapid growth and a prior $69 million Series B just over a year ago.
