This is the split Ive been using for 2025 to keep muscle and lose fat, and this works for me because I get all of my essential work done during the week, leaving my weekends calm to do whatever. At the end of the day I’m just trynna enjoy life 🤲🏿

Most tall lifters don’t struggle because they lack effort.
They struggle because they follow advice built for average-height bodies.
At 6’8”, I had to learn that muscle takes:
• more calories (200 G protein a day)
• more patience
• better technique
• and longer timelines
Long limbs mean longer ranges of motion, higher energy demands, and slower visible progress — but the upside is a physique that stands out once you build it correctly.
Being tall isn’t a disadvantage.
You just have to train differently.
Save this if you’re 6’4+ and trying to put on real size.
