The recent news of demolitions on those beautifully structured houses in lagos is another reason why investors / property buyers need to understand that a beautifully structured house doesn’t guarantee that it’s a right structure built In the right place with the right steps🤗, the govt is telling us all to buy right under the buyers beware advocacy.
Most importantly, we developers must always ensure to do the right thing even when nobody is watching. Here in my speech in the 2024 lasrera event, I mentioned how we developers should be held accountable for avoidable silly errors we make that leads to investors losing their hard earned money,
Although, the successful stories of real estate in Lagos is wayyyy beyond the unsuccessful stories, it’s just that unsuccessful stories often make headlines in the news just like people hardly spread good news but are quick to spread bad news🤗 However, the Lagos state govt is trying so hard to totally eradicate unsuccessful real estate investments, they have organized numerous programs teaching us important things, they are also using social media to preach the dos and don’ts, So it’s best that we the real estate practitioners support this with maximum compliance, this will save investors from loosing their hard earned money to wasteful investments and property demolitions.
Furthermore, we want the Lagos govt to continuously help us with more seamless and straightforward steps on title perfections, building approvals, and other necessary property paperworks so as developers, we can get the right things done swiftly and at ease, Getting the right things done on time is also important😊.

My dearest Tiana, Our home has been incomplete without you, hmm your exit made my cancer battle a very traumatic one, the coverups for immediate family members was super stressful, the pretense to act strong even at my weakest moments almost drove me crazy but I had to do those things because the household hasn’t even gotten over your exit before I realized I had cancer 🤭. I never experienced depression in my life until cancer came into the picture, I remember always calling on your spirit for the strength to carry on🙂 I will be like “ oh Tiana please support me in ways that you can o ( Chaii depression can cause semi madness atimes shaa🙂) I woke up everyday thinking I could di* anytime because I saw how cancer snatched you from us despite the fact that we prayed soooo hard, spent the required funds, and did everything humanly possible to save you, I am sure you know that I would have given up anything to save your life, but destiny will always have its way.
