Photo dump from yesterday! There are gigs and then there are these gigs! Very thankful for getting the call for this one— Lauryn Hill and the Fugees!!! Yesterday was to say the least an action packed one. A 5 hour rehearsal/soundcheck paired before an epic near 2 1/2 hour show to a sold out crowd at @oaklandarena and not to mention a recording session I had in the books that day that I was able to squeeze in that morning. I definitely earned that nite cap when I got home afterwards! I must give credit where credit is due to my dear friend and awesome musician @lilankane for making this happen and giving my name to @revivebigband and his camp as they we’re looking for some local horns to fill in their section. Proud to represent the Bay and to do it with the homies @adamtheis@occhiutowoodwinds@dan_casaresmusic
What’s even better is we get to do this again when the crew comes back through the bay on 11/17/23 to perform at the Chase Center in SF!
