Today I woke up grumpy… snapping at the kids during breakfast… feeling like I just wanted to lay in bed all day alone…
My medicine in moments like this?
🌳🌲 Getting out and into nature… immersing myself in the forest, noticing the little things: the texture of a leaf, patterns in the bark, all those shades of green, the birds singing… and doing silly stuff with the boys, or just watching them do silly things.
It’s so nourishing. And it’s also a time I get to spend with my own inner little boy.
After today’s two-hour walk in the rain, the grumpiness was definitely washed away. 🌧️

Jason Milne
Jason is one of those rare people who teach not from a script but from lived experience. Deep knowledge, no ego about it, and a gift for making complex things feel simple and real.
He’s a certified men’s coach helping men overcome burnout, reconnect with their confidence, sexuality and vitality. From breathwork to somatic practices, he shares everything he knows with a generosity that’s hard to find.
