“What to Make Of Me” from Olive Klug. Live on Western AF. We’re stoked here at Western AF to share this field recording with thee Olive Klug. They really knock it out of the ballpark on this one. As terrific as their album version of this song is, there’s something special coming from this stripped down rendition. The light peaking in through the windows and Olive’s amazing demeanor also adds to it! It also meant a lot to have them make the trip out to Wyoming to film this with us. Like so many influential songwriters, vividness in the lyrics and curve balls for hooks in the songs are what keep us coming back for more… and I dare I say, Olive may be on their way to becoming one of the most influential of them all. Big old mess of a year, I really poked at it with a plastic fork. I went everywhere.
