This was the oldest sneaker I had to work on yet ! Sole was already gone in pieces when I got it.
The upper is all made of leather, that was in bad condition after 30 years (second picture), I refurbished the black panels with black leather dye, and fed it with shoeshine to bring it back to it's former glory.
The Air Force 1 sole was glued and stitched to the upper, (last picture), wich I enjoyed a lot doing as it was really satisfying.

Nike Air Max Craze from 2001 combined with an Air Max Plus sole, making them wearable again.
The Air Max Craze dropped in women sizes in 2001. This shoe was realesed by the famous Nike's Alpha Project.
Nike launched the Alpha Project in 1999, and their goal was to push the bundaries of style and functionnality, to solve product performance problems for and with the athlete.
When imagination meets technology, this leads to some of the most futuristic silouhettes of the swoosh brand, like the Air Presto and the Air Kukini.
Their design were so ahead of their time that they still looks futuristic 20 years later !
This pair features so many details : strap heel, zip laces, complexe graphics, red "open minded" tag (also seen a pair with "treasure everything" instead).
With the strap heel, this shoe was not easy to fit to the new sole !
But in the end, this results in one of the pairs I'm more proud of to this day !

Hybrid Soleswap TN Free !
This Air Max Plus University Blue from 2007 were swapped with a Free Ineva Woven sole, making them wearable again.
The original TN soles were rocked to the bone as you can see on second picture.
Confort on these is 😍😍😍

The suede leather had faded due to age and wear, so I dyed it back to its original color.

Nike Total 90 Max Air from 2004, combined with an Air Max 90 sole !
Emblematic pair from your childhood memories, I bet you had or wanted one as a kid.
This specific model was a special edition of the legendary Total 90, with a more confortable sole, with air units (Max Air technology,), but unfortunatly after more than 15 years, they were cracking. I brought them back to life using a AM90 sole, with a rubber sole to match with the golden upper.
This pair was created for my G @hugo_lapub , thank you so much for this project, and sorry 4 the wait 🙌
Soleswap restoration on this pair of Air Max Plus Sanguine from 2004. This is the second pair I'm restoring of this colorway.
A brand new sole was given to this mythic pair, making them wearable again !

Full reglue on these Nike Shox from 2003 !
All the elements of the sole were comming off, aswell as the support foam that was crumbling (swipe to see what I'm talking about!), so I created a new one using a thick grey foam to replace it, and reglued them together, making them wearable again.

Engineering on this pair is so crazy, featuring a fully gusseted tongue with an adjustable strap, and a stability plate equipped with a heel air unit for cushion. The bubble even if foggy was still really soft and elastic so these are fully wearable again !

Air Max Plus Met Silver from 1999 swapped with an AM97 Sole to bring these back to life.
Actually it's a AM Deluxe sole but who cares now ???
The laces were also swapped to match with the grey sole.
