at some point i realised a lot of self betrayal doesn’t even look dramatic
it looks like overexplaining things that should already be obvious, trying to be “understanding” about things that actually don’t feel good to you and staying in conversations that already feel heavy 🫠
now i care much more about how something feels in my body
peace feels light
alignment feels calm
and the right people usually don’t need a whole presentation on basic respect 😭
turns out self worth is sometimes just leaving earlier, choosing differently and not abandoning yourself just to keep something going
very freeing honestly 💌
just saying 🤷🏼♀️
… and I don’t mean money, I mean wanting a life of freedom, softness, love, health, peace, alignment… while still making choices that lead somewhere completely different
The hard part is that aligned choices are not the easiest ones, they are usually the ones that cost you something first ♾️

A long time ago I was really struggling with understanding my values, boundaries and real desires
As a woman who was raised in the little town I created beliefs that peace meant being “good” for everyone and my ambitions needed an apology
… and the strange thing about beliefs is they can look like maturity, like responsibility, like being reasonable and doing the right thing
when really, sometimes they are just fear dressed well
But at some point I realised that life can look good outside but still feel wrong from the inside and that’s the moment I started making other choices
… so if you’re in a similar place, just start with one honest choice at a time 💛

once you get used to Bali timing - slower pace, not rushing anywhere, it’s hard to return to a “normal” city tempo
especially as woman, some rhythms feel just kinder to live in
