About a year ago we wrote this song about smitty’s frozen toe, and last month I broke my toe and finally understood how it feels!

We’re extremely excited to head back to the West Coast this weekend for a long list of reasons but we’re super thrilled that our beloved @olesmitty and his cello will be joining for their first few full shows with SGP! I have been friends with Smitty since we were kids and he is one of our favorite people to make music and spend time with.
Come find us for two completely acoustic shows this weekend Saturday in Portland @aladdintheater (sold out) and Sunday in Seattle @tractortavern (less than 50 tickets) , we would love to hang!

Played the last show of the year in South Africa with @spaceykacey and crew. Had a lot of firsts this year... that now includes being very causally asked to step out of the way for the South African president and chilling with some lion cubs and a giraffe. wtf.
Oh and first time seeing a stadium full of South Africans do the wave while we played 'oh what a world'. Not a bad way to wrap up 2018!
