Such an incredible honor to be included in the Michelin Guide as a recommended restaurant— a real thrill to be part of it. We’re proud to support Boston Bakes for Breast Cancer @bakes4bc this month in their mission to fund prevention and treatment research. ✨FEATURED COOKING CLASS✨- all proceeds go to @bakes4bc Sofra Bakes for Women’s Health Thursday, May 7th 6p-8:30p at Sofra Allston One of the women who inspires us is Chef Nancy Silverton @nancysilverton . Maura was captivated by Nancy’s appearance on Baking with Julia, where her brioche tart famously brought Julia Child to tears. In this class, Maura will demonstrate a selection of Nancy-inspired favorites, including the iconic brioche tart, cornbread with honey butter, and summer camp coffee cake. We’ll also make her chocolate fudge—one of the first recipes Maura remembers tackling, and one that continues to inspire her to this day.
