So excited to announce our next pop-up with Chef Damian Huizinga @damian.huizinga ! “The Sure Thing” featuring Yakisoba and Yuzu Fried Chicken.
Chef Damian has been shaped by kitchens like Aloette, Harbour 60, Mildred’s Temple Kitchen, and Tiny Market Co..
Inspired by discovering Yakisoba through his wife, he’s reimagining the dish with bold, bright flavour, as well on menu is the Yuzu Fried Chicken that hits deep and citrusy.
A menu built on passion, refinement, and the idea that restaurant-quality food should belong on everyone’s table.
This Saturday May 2nd, 7pm - close or sold out ✨ we want everyone to experience this amazing menu by this incredible chef 🙌
