Introducing The Barn 🤍
What once was an old, dilapidated shell became the beginning of everything. A 30th birthday celebration that quietly sparked something much bigger.
Paul and Emma rolled up their sleeves and with Leah by their side, they literally got stuck in. No windows, no doors just a vision and belief in what it could be.
As they stripped it back, its beauty revealed itself. Piece by piece, The Barn came to life.
Now, it’s a warm and welcoming space. The heart of every celebration, where everyone naturally gathers.
A special place that holds so many memories and continues to be part of so many more.
They built it, added to it and have grown with it over the years and couldn’t be prouder of what it’s become. 🤍
There’s more to this place than meets the eye.
Every building, every space, every detail, has a story behind it.
Built with intention, shaped over time & cared for in a way that’s hard to put into words.
Over the next few weeks, we’re going to share more of that. The story behind each part of the estate and what makes this place feel the way it does.
Paul & Emma have poured their heart and soul into this.
& we can’t wait to show you 🤍
Inside the Old Rectory, Killyman — Episode 1: The Morning Of…
We thought it was time to show a little more of what happens behind the scenes at the Old Rectory, Killyman.
The early hours, the small details, the people who make it all come together.
Soft moments, final touches and Emma, Paul & the team behind it all.
When Scotland and Ireland meet in Australia -
Niamh and Connal got married on Saturday and it was amazing!
The best crowd, so much fun, a full scale rave was happening during dessert and before the tea was served!!
Honestly it was just brilliant from start to finish. I think they are still actually celebrating even today lol!
Love it x

Long before weddings, celebrations and unforgettable weekends, this was simply Paul & Emma’s forever home. Built in the 1800s, The House became the beginning of a journey that slowly evolved into everything the Old Rectory is today.
As they restored the property, it was so important to preserve the character and charm of the original features, whilst creating a space that feels warm welcoming and lived in, never just somewhere to stay.
Today, The House sleeps up to 18 guests and becomes home for your wedding day and every part of it is designed to feel like it’s truly yours.
And of course waking up the next morning to one of our incredible breakfasts is always a pretty special way to start married life 🤍
