Wildflower’s everyday ale brewed with regenerative organic Schooner barley and wheat from Greenwood Farm in Coleambally NSW, organic NZ Motueka hops and fermented with their house mixed culture foraged from native NSW flowers. Bright citrus hop notes, soft earthy spice and creamy grains with gentle acidity and effortless drinkability.

A commemorative blend celebrating ten years brewing and blending at the Marrickville site that became synonymous with Wildflower. Eleven barrels with an average age of 20 months in oak, including the very first barrel filled in 2016. Golden, layered and deeply reflective. A blend built on memory, place and time.
Village 2025
The final release in the Mountain Culture collaboration series. Brewed in Katoomba with certified organic heritage grains, coolship cooled overnight beneath the Blue Mountains air and fermented entirely through spontaneous capture. This year’s blend combines one, two and three year old ales in pursuit of the layered complexity and harmony found in traditional Gueuze.

Locked On fruited sour born straight out of our pilot program. On a base of wheat, spelt, barley, and rye we’ve combined three types of lactobacillus and let them work their magic over 3 weeks before fermenting out with a Belgian yeast on a blend of morello and sweet cherries. The result is a tart, slightly acetic, acidity with a deep, full cherry character while a small addition of fresh cherry juice at canning provides a sweet and fruit-forward structure. - Brewers Note

Built on a creamy oat base with lactose in the kettle and fermented with our house hazy yeast, this Oat Cream IPA is designed to pay out big.
Waiti and Nelson kick things off in the whirlpool before a hefty dry hop of Superdelic, Motueka and Peacharine floods the glass with tropical fruit, citrus and soft stone fruit vibes. We then doubled down with cold-pressed Waiti hop juice from Freestyle Hops, pushing the aroma and juice factor even further.
