@olapalermo explores how form can both give back to a city and create greater connection among its residents. The project treats circulation as a primary civic need, turning movement and connection into public infrastructure. A pedestrian promenade rises along the building, opening views toward the city, the racetrack, and Parque El Rosedal.
Landscape is embedded throughout the entire design. Planting is layered along the ascending pathway, creating a sequence of conditions: shaded terraces, planted overlooks, and elevated garden spaces that extend the adjacent park into the architecture. Native trees, grasses, and groundcover soften the concrete mass, filter light, and introduce seasonal variation into the vertical experience.
OLA Palermo was designed so that landscape, circulation, and structure operate as one system—expanding public space within a dense urban footprint.

At @olapalermo , ODA reimagined an abandoned parking structure as a public park and Class A office building, using adaptive reuse to reconnect a once-divided site. By extending the green network of El Rosedal Park up, over, and through the building, the project expands Buenos Aires’ public realm and strengthens continuity across the neighborhood. OLA Palermo integrates landscape, work, and shared space to support a more human-centered urban experience.
