I owe a lot to @filipkillander and @killandermusicrecords 🙏
Over 2 years ago I had recorded and mixed a bunch of new material for the 100th time (really the 100th time), but I was not satisfied with the results. I had thought so many times of just quitting music all together and focusing on other things in life.
In the end, I made one last effort and contacted Filip Killander at Killander Music Records and he mixed and mastered my first 2 songs in over 5 years. Then 2 songs became 4 and 4 songs became 10. He made the songs come to life in a way I had never been able to do, but what's more, he also encouraged me to play live again and I started by playing at an event in his studio in Uppsala. Since then I have never quit and will never quit playing live.
I also fell in love with mixing again after seeing Filip work on the songs and he showed me so many tips and tricks that I took to heart. I started believing in myself again and began appreciating a few of my mixes too, like the songs "Where There's Smoke There's Fire" and "The Song Remains The Same", which were released earlier this year.
But now over to an even newer song...
Today, 'Dreamer' is out in the world and it is mixed and mastered by Filip Killander, a friend that I owe a lot to. The song is a celebration to all the dreamers out there! Whether you dream big or small, never stop chasing your dreams.

In the picture you can see one of, if not my favorite, photo of me as a kid: curious and innocent. Sometimes I think about how easy life felt back then. I owe so much of that to my family and friends, and I’ll always be thankful for them.
Now to the song.
“The Song Remains The Same” is about feeling stuck and deciding you don’t want to stay that way. It’s a reminder that even when life feels like the same day over and over again, we still have a choice. We can stay confined, or we can step forward and go with the flow.
