asian inspired cabbage salad:
• red cabbage
• savoy cabbage
• carrots
• green onion
• cilantro
• toasted cashews
• toasted sesame seeds
dressing:
• raw garlic
• ginger root
• avocado oil
• seasoned rice vinegar
• sesame oil
• liquid aminos (soy sauce replacement)
• chili oil
• wildflower honey
• white pepper
• red pepper flakes
add a grain of your choice, like quinoa or farro! and protein like tofu or salmon!

• dried hibiscus flower
• cloves
• cardamom
• cinnamon

• honey
• fresh lime juice
🌺 boil water. add hibiscus flower, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon to water. when the water turns to a deep red, remove from heat, then add agave, honey and lime juice

i’m a true lover of simple recipes and this one right here only includes 7 and takes about 5 minutes to prep if you have you all ingredients and equipment on deck
here’s what’s all included…
•aquafaba (garbanzo bean/chickpea water)
•yellow mustard
•apple cider vinegar
•extra virgin olive oil (thickens the mayo)
•local raw honey
•black salt (replicate egg flavor)
•celtic salt
🤔 where to purchase black salt and celtic? given that these aren’t commonly found in most larger scale grocery stores, black salt can be found at a local Indian or international grocery store, and celtic salt at a health store like HSU
