It's finally over! For 6-7 months, I competed in S2 of
@dragduel . It was one of the most mentally, physically, and financially draining things I have ever done in my life. I worked my ass off, and I made it to the finale. This is my talent submission for the final episode.
This talent is so incredibly important to me. This song is not a song that I perform for any occasion. The last time I performed this song, was when my dear friend Daelicious O'Hare Mizani passed away. This song is about hopelessness in a world that is seemingly falling apart. The song is a dark and twisted journey of a person that is in so much pain, but just wants to feel some sense of excitement, even if it is a facade, or for just a moment.
I have struggled with my mental health for a while, and I am honored to be able to produce this art and normalize this feeling and conversation.
