Yes it’s true…I Sarah will be hosting a new open mic sign ups in person 7pm starting mic 7:30pm every Tuesday evening at the new, totally incred @hgtheater in Hollywood ~ at the corner of Gower & Hollywood BLVD! (located on the top floor of a very cute strip mall) How cool right?? How LA! We love it!
After taking basically a year off stand up for mental healths &a v dumb identity crises…needless to say my inherent urge to perform has risen just like Christ for Easter and … I’m ready to hold this for community 🦋 let’s gooooo

Year 2 on the carpet! Year 2! Doing business
I never knew working in a parking garage would actually be one of the coolest things. I may not be a well *adored* *nepobaby* *writer, director, photographer, actor, comedian* yet who is deserving of such wonderful things but let me tell ya, I know how many security guards it takes to run this damn thing. It’s A LOTTT and I know how much coffee they drink, and conversations we have had to make long hours shorter, and belly laughs along the way
I have learned so much and it’s actually really incredible how many people’s love, sweat and care go into an event like this. It’s important I think to recognize the time and effort it takes to execute these types of events, with hardworking people behind it all day & night
The set up for this takes at least a month and a half in advance
I can’t wait to be on the carpet hopefully for my creativity & otherwise someday, but playing the cute admin chick has its perks
Also: I saw like 25 famous people this year and I saw my friend @jill.petracek taking photos on the carpet and met a publicist and staff photographer. It was awesome
