It has a higher ratio of eggs so it bakes up lighter and custardy but still has that chewy soft texture inside. It kind of reminds me of a canelé with its crispy crunchy exterior 😋

panuozzo !! 💚🍓 strawberry prosciutto with honey ricotta, arugula and balsamic glaze~ Playing around with neapolitan pizzas at home and end up with leftovers or overproofed pizza dough so (happily) eating a lot of sandwiches lately 😋 it’s so good and easy to make— I think it’s become my go-to bread for sandwiches~ Unforch I don’t have any pizza making equipment yet so I just use a small counter oven, a pan, blowtorch and an old wooden board but they still turn out crusty and crispy yet soft, light and chewy.
