every month, an oio has to come up with a way to pick someone to kick off our standups. first in line is our co-founder simone @fishandchipsing , who came up with oiocade: a bundle of mini games compiled into an arcade machine.
oio school is taking a year off. 🍎💤
after two years non stop, we had to take a break, using this sabbatical to plan, regroup and update our swimming pool operations. 🤿

Last year we’ve been working with @YouTube and the @vamuseum on the restoration and acquisition of the first ever YouTube video - Me at the zoo.

Over the past year, we’ve been working on a very special project 👀
“Me at the zoo” is the first video ever posted on @youtube , uploaded by founder Jawed Karim in 2005. Last year, the @vamuseum in London was interested in adding it to its collection, and YouTube asked us to help on the reconstruction of the original video, Flash player, and web page.
The acquisition will be on display in the Design 1900-Now gallery at V&A South Kensington from 18 February. The reconstruction process will also be explored in a mini display at V&A East Storehouse.
