少しずつ海風が心地よい季節となってまいりました。
5月のOh-SOBARは、淡路島の豊かな恵みを凝縮した会席をご用意いたしました。
【5月 彩り会席 】
・前菜五種: 新玉ねぎの甘みを引き立てた「トマト味噌串カツ」や、旬の「あわじ筍の木の芽和え」など、淡路の春から初夏への移ろいを一皿に映します。
・椀物: 鮮やかな「そら豆とうにの真薯」。濃厚な雲丹の旨味とそら豆の爽やかさが重なります。
・造里盛り合わせ
・八寸
・メイン: 「淡路牛の冷しゃぶ」。じっくりと低温調理した柔らかな淡路牛を、初夏らしくさっぱりと。
・蕎麦: 上品な更科蕎麦と、5月の変わり蕎麦「山椒蕎麦」。一口ごとに、山椒の爽快な香りが鼻を抜けます。
・甘味: 「そば茶と豆腐チーズのどら焼きアイス」。香ばしいそば茶と、豆腐チーズのコクが絶妙な自家製アイスです。

Served alongside our refined and elegant Sarashina Soba, this dish offers a bright, refreshing aroma that dances on the palate—the perfect accompaniment to the arrival of early summer.
