Last month was turbo!⚡️
…but in the best way possible
Had the honor of chiefing the Sverige Cupen in Gotland, set for Girls Rock, set at Backa Boulder and came down again to set for Fysiken Lead Open.
Grateful for what I do and who I get to do it with! Great people, impeccable vibes and even sneaked in some mini-golf and getaways here and there 🫶✨
Safe to say GBG treated me well 🩵
Got a taste of some beautiful slabs, hosted a magical routesetting workshop with @jenny_leandersson and spent time with some truly amazing people.
Heart is very full 🫰✨
GASTRYCKET 2025⚡️
Feeling extremely lucky to have worked alongside a legendary lineup of setters for the past couple days. Proud of the rounds we proposed and grateful to call this team of passionate and skillful individuals my colleagues and friends!
Thank you to all climbers for bringing our boulders to life, the volunteers for making it all run smoothly and major shoutout to Axel for doing what he does best: organize this comp!
(Last video: me post dyno crash course w/ Vivi - learning from the best)
Happy days in Margalef 🌞
Felt amazing being back on a climbing trip and with the best crew! Hard to pick a favorite moment, but up there was definitely our team send of ‘Meconi’ and hanging w/ @dagmar_krohn again 🫶✨
Got to pull hard on pockets, shuffle my way up dihedrals & tufas and feel alive on some run out slabs. What more could you ask for…
Nordic Lead & Paraclimbing Championships 2023 🇩🇰🇸🇪🇳🇴🇫🇮🇮🇸
A crazy week of setting, filled with new experiences.
Setting for such an event, as well as helping set for paraclimbing left me inspired, educated and heart-warmed.
Thank you athletes for putting on a show!✨
It was a long week and many rounds. Some worked out better than we could’ve hoped for, others didn’t, but that’s part of the game.
A rollercoaster of a week, and not much more to say than: Arigato! 🙏

(Og tusind tak til @friluftsland for al støtten!)
Last week I had the pleasure of setting for the Icelandic boulder cup, and it still feels a bit surreal. It was an intense week with 5 rounds, 50 boulders, 3 different venues, a lot of interesting discussions and a great crew.
I couldn’t have asked for a better experience chiefing a competition for the first time. I feel honoured to have shared this experience with so many passionate and hard-working people.
Thank you to the whole @klifurhusid crew for the warm welcome and for putting your trust in me. The main thing that stands out for me from the week is the great teamwork. I’m really happy with the rounds we put up, but even happier to have worked with such a lovely & collaborative team.
All in all, I’m super grateful for the opportunity and for everyone who was involved in making this event possible. Definitely a week I’ll never forget 🛠️✨
(Thanks to those who supported me when I doubted myself the most and to @friluftsland for making sure I always have climbing shoes, regardless the adventure)

Moved to Stockholm, made some homies, scrambled up some rocks and set some climbs. Life’s been good ✨🫶
🪨: Krysset, Älta (from a couple months back)
A really nice climb, with a technical finish. Because of the height and sketchy landing, I tried it on rope until it felt completely comfortable. I remember when climbing it, I felt so present in every move. A satisfying feeling of not being doubtful, nor uncomfortable, but simply enjoying climbing and finding a flow 🌬
Can someone with a visual impairment do a coordination move? What about a balance slab for a leg amputee?
An answer: It’s not up to us to decide. Without compromising safety, we should be curious and hold back our preconceptions. Experiment and communicate, rather than assuming people’s limits. If we aren’t curious, we’ll never know💡
It was such a pleasure learning more about paraclimbing, challenging boundaries and being surrounded by motivated setters and athletes the past few days. Massive thank you to the @schweizeralpenclub and @ifsclimbing for organising the routesetting workshop, and to @chris_cazin for facilitating it.
A good reminder of how routesetting can help push boundaries, and can also play a role in making the sport more inclusive and accessible.
