Fought in the pacific in WW2 and was part of first landing party at Tarakan and fought at the battle of Balikpapan
Was proud to match with him at the 2001 ANZAC day march in Sydney

"The Indy tantrum was my first cover after winning Worlds. WBM mag editor Kevco gave me the option to choose the photographer, so I went with Aaron Katen who was my favourite to work with at the time. The idea was simple, but getting the right angle of the poke and lined up with the double up was harder than expected. The shot hinged on getting the right angle and the right height/poke all coming together. To get the right boot i rode at around 27mph, so after a week of trying to get the shot my body was toast. Stoked how it came out." @ohnahyeah Deano kindly sent through the video from this shoot. Check back later for it💁.
