👏🏻 OH HIROSHMA unveil new single “Exit Cloud” With their 3rd single ‘Exit Cloud’, Oh Hiroshima create an elegantly crafted journey of crashing groove and twisting heaviness. ‘Exit Cloud’ has a persistent undercurrent of melancholy that is both contemplative and urgent. Pauses, lingering reverbs, and fading echoes allow the listener to absorb the atmosphere fully before the next movement begins. Throughout the raucous joyride, ‘Exit Cloud’ breathes naturally, expanding and contracting in ways that is intuitive and captivating, re-defining at each turn an epic narrative that grips listeners at the threshold. 👏🏻 Swedish post-rock duo Oh Hiroshima release new single ‘Meridian’
For their 2nd single from the album ‘And the Dead Tree Gives No Shelter’, Oh Hiroshima present ‘Meridian’. At the heart of a restless momentum, and through a patient approach to dynamics, Oh Hiroshima uses an explosive and unrelenting backdrop to interweave rhythm and melody in this journey of tension and release. Vocals appear sparingly, drifting through the mix like another instrument, the repetitive phrasing and tones shift and sharpen, as ‘Meridian’ gains ferocity the overlapping sonics expand and evolve with terrifying resolve.
