Today, May 9th, 2026, I graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology, concentrating in Health Sciences, with a minor in General Business Administration.
There was never a plan B.

Because giving up was never an option.
To Fayetteville State Track and Field.. these four years were definitely a ride! This sport has taught me so so much..
How to be confident when all eyes are on me.
How to push past fear.
How to trust the Most High through the unknown.
Despite some really low lows throughout the years I met some of the best people & friends through this sport.
To my track-mates! My “sistas” i’m extremely grateful to have met you all! Thank you for cheering me on even on the hard days.. the days i had doubts, the days I had to fake a few smiles. You guys definitely made this experience a lot better!!
And to younger me.. I’m extremely proud of you for finally choosing to stay in places where you are wanted. Where you are chosen without hesitation.

My 2nd workshops i’ve been apart of and 1st that i’ve led on my own. Shoutout to the family @croostudios and big Unc @wisemindcollyn for yet another opportunity. Us at Croo want to be able to provide as many opportunities as we can to give back to out community and this is just the start of that.

I been looking back at this shoot for some time now, along with some other projects me and Meech did,

Thinking how Meech would just ride around scouting Lo’s, calling me up, throwing ideas, I’m in the crib researching deep into photography to figure out how to embody more in a photo, never satisfied even though I was growing 100 followers a day💀, this was probably one of our favorite projects besides running late.
My bad i’m yapping, but all this is just me reflecting on the whole story, the amount of unposted work, the amount of time and effort put in to grow each and every shoot, finding out what we wanted and how to go about it, the self doubt is a pain😅, but one thing that was consistent was we always made something happen.

I currently have 50+ ideas and i’m fully dedicated to making it all happen by the grace of God.
Okay my yap is done, Happy Black History Month and I turn 21 on the 24th,
