A very special Easter week for mint.
Mint is one of the classic flavours of spring â made for Easter tables, spring lamb, new potatoes and fresh peas. While it is only just starting to appear in many gardens, our glasshouse mint has a few weeksâ advantage, bringing that fresh spring flavour a little earlier.
It is a high-care crop for us, but a beautiful one too. With careful handling of the roots, mint will return again and again.
