A week ago, this lovely client came to me in tears. Someone had bleached her hair, and after she shampooed at home, her hair suddenly started falling out. She was devastated and thought the only solution was to shave everything off. She didn’t even want to go back to work. I told her, “Let’s not rush.I will do my best. We’ll go slowly and try to save it. I treated her the way I would treat my own family - with patience, care , and heart. By God’s grace, we were able to restore her hair without shaving it. When she saw the final result, she cried. And I cried too. Because I felt her pain, and I just wanted her to feel beautiful and confident again. Yesterday, after we celebrated Family Day, I kept thinking about her. Family isn’t just at home - it’s how you treat people everywhere you go. When you treat people with kindness. respect, and compassion, it always comes back . She later shared that she was a national broadcaster in the 90’s and said she was so grateful for how our team treated her. That meant so much to me.
