over 10 K streams in the first weekend after the release of Something Perfect !!! for a band starting a new direction, that’s huge <3 all the love for this track is deeply appreciated.
We wrote a demo of this song in june ‘25, and decided to bring it on tour with us in the fall. After playing it live about 40 times, seeing & hearing a positive response, we decided to finish and release it. That meant meeting up real quick at @sjoerdrdevries house to record our final vocals + a makeshift session somewhere in a theater dressingroom lollll
under a layer of all the coats we could find and with the entire band in the room for session support, we recorded the bridge 🤎 and made it just in time for the last week of shows to play the full, finalized version live.

starting as a demo that we sang during our shows, we quickly fell in love with this tune as much as the audience. thank u all for the amazing feedback & love we got in real life and on the video of us singing it during soundcheck with our band. we KNEW we had to finish writing and recording it!!
