Un pied devant l’autre - (2025, unreleased)
This documentary we made - retracing the life of my grandfather - assembles archival footage of my grandparents filmed by my great-grandfather from the early 1960s to the mid-1970s in the Jura region, and features my grandfather’s very own words, narrated by yours truly, which he put in writing some 20 to 30 years ago.

This story is an ode to my grandfather, to the mountains of his childhood, and to the silences they shared.
Walking through the seasons, excavating his thoughts and contemplations, each of my steps retracing his own brings me closer to knowing him.
For all of those who inhabited these places and called out their names, this film is an act of remembrance.
