It took me three months of staring at these photos to finally post this.
I spent over three years at Lau Bak and Mak’s Beer. It was where I grew up, where I failed, and where I eventually found my dream. But more than the duties or the shows, it was about the people. To the friends who became mentors and the artists who let me into their world. Thank you for trusting me. Thank you Bosses and my fellow colleagues.
Taking over the music programming a year ago was the hardest challenge and best thing I’ve ever done. Every time I saw the band truly enjoying that stage, I just felt this quiet urge to capture it as I can. I don’t want those nights to just be a memory.
Leaving was hard. Honestly, I still don’t think I’ve fully said goodbye. But looking back at these frames, I’m just grateful we were all there together.
