OFF.THE.RECORD Talks #3 - Martijn Kuyvenhoven
The 25 year old photographer, currently in high demand, was with us earlier this month to talk about how he balances the challenges of his work. Martijn Kuyvenhoven, who has only been taking pictures since the pandemic, has established a firm position in the electronic music scene. With popular events like Dekmantel, Awakenings and Audio Obscura to his name it is our pleasure to feature him on the platform.
With his growing passion for fashion and documentary photography, Martijn goes into detail about how he combines these colliding worlds of day- and nighttime.

For our next interview we took the time to sit down with the Brazilian-born Carolina who has become a household name in the world of artist handling and event industry. After working at Tomorrowland Brazil, where she was managing the camping site for the production crew - she knew that this was it.
With a love for music and a background in hospitality, Carolina has lived in Canada, Argentina, London and now has settled in Amsterdam to continue to live her dream.

First up for our interview series we have industry specialist Claudinho, who currently works as Operations Manager Volunteer at the Revolution Foundation. This organisation, part of Apenkooi, focusess on educating businesses about sustainability for events and festivals. We took a moment to dive deep into what drives him, what his future goals are and how he came to be running this operation and having a positive impact in the industry.
He talks about his experiences as a stagemanager at various renowned festivals and gives insight into a more personal side of him. Also we get to find out what his favourites are and how his mentor taught him the ropes.
