Shortly after this first shot I got caught out by a bigger set that came in wide, with me in the worst spot 😂 however it was a fun and quick ride over the reef for a moment underwater. Despite that there's nothing better than shooting surf, especially in water, I use the aquatech housings which are brilliant especially paired with the Sony A7RV and a 35mm.
If you're interested I am going to start offering solo or group surf shooting sessions in water or from land, video or stills. Why have all the highest res camera gear and not use it for what I love most.

When you pull up with the drone and the first shot as you head out is this barrel you know it’s good 😂 not sure who the first surfer is the second one is @kalanisurfacademy fair to say that was a pretty nice wave 🙌🏼
