Weâre excited to announce the appointment of Gareth Edmunds as our new Off Road Skills Managing Director.
Garethâs relationship with Off Road Skills goes back many years, including working alongside Simon Pavey during two Dakar campaigns. His experience, professionalism and understanding of what makes Off Road Skills special make him ideally placed to lead the business into its next chapter.
Simon Pavey, founder of Off Road Skills, will remain actively involved as Chief Instructor, focusing on the training curriculum, adventure rides and the customer experiences that sit at the heart of everything we do.

Cambrian Mountains Adventure | Why this ride matters

Our Cambrian Mountains Adventure is built for riders who have confidently completed Level Two and are ready to take that next step into real Welsh wilderness. This is where training turns into experience: long gravel roads, rocky climbs, forest tracks and open moorland trails in one of the most remote and dramatic parts of the country.
Youâll ride a BMW GS from our expertly prepared fleet, travel with the support of the Off Road Skills team throughout, and finish each day knowing youâve earned it. Add in quality accommodation, great food and the kind of scenery that makes you stop, look, and smile, and youâve got a two-day trip that feels far bigger than the calendar suggests.
