The debut album of Kira Rinzer’s noise project — Offizier Rinzer — tells the stories of radio ghosts, lost souls forever trapped in the shortwave.
An hour-long journey to the other side, accompanied by fear, anger, lust, anxiety, and the employees of the Ministry of Death.

The album was composed and recorded in Saint Petersburg between 2022 and 2025.
