Yesterday, our co-founders, together with celebrity barber @tstyles___ met with @antoinespeaker to discuss the Barbershop initiative on @itvnews at @trinitybrixton
This initiative exists to create a safe space to allow young black boys to be seen, felt and heard through collaborating the barbershop, the cognitive therapy and mentoring.
We're very proud of how the workshop has developed so far and hope to get it pilated across many more schools across the UK.

Day 3 was all about stepping outside comfort zones and giving interviews a real go.
The team took part in mock interview sessions, practising how to answer questions clearly, speak with confidence, and think on their feet. For many, it was their first experience of a formal interview setting — but everyone showed up, gave it a try, and supported each other throughout.
There were honest conversations, helpful feedback, and plenty of learning moments along the way.
Sometimes confidence doesn’t come before the experience it comes from doing it.
