One thing #Runefest2025 did particularly well was catering for spaces to just hang out. The games you could play, the seating in aesthetically pleasing locations, the things to fidget with and play. It meant communities could gather in spaces and catch up, meet their favourites and have a great time. Here's a few people and places from the weekend.
A month ago, @pretendasaurttv & I embarked on photographing #Runefest2025, the huge return of Runescape's big weekender. Photographing panels, meet ups, creators and attendees interacting and trying to show just a little of what makes them so special. What an amazing time. Thank you @officialrunefest@oldschool.runescape & @runescape for having us. Hopefully, we'll see you next year!
It's been a month since #Runefest2025 and I still can't get over it. Even though I was working it, it was my favourite con I've ever been to. The community, the energy, the kindness, the passion. And I've been back playing #RS3 religiously since. @officialrunefest we're gonna need this yearly.

After 20 years of playing #RuneScape I still can’t believe I had the opportunity to perform the Opening Ceremony at RuneFest! 🤘🏻⚔️ It was genuinely a dream come true.
